As the newest steward of the Model and Talent Expo powered by Nouvelle Productions, Dana is continuing Mike Beaty's legacy. Her passion for nurturing talent and creating an environment of excellence shows her dedication to seeing individuals thrive in their fields.

From personal industry engagements to coaching and serving as a mother agent, Dana's journey has culminated in her ownership of the Model and Talent Expo. Here, she envisions a platform where talents can blossom and realize their full potential.

As the founder of Sterling Images Model & Talent Management, Dana has managed numerous individuals since 2004 in Jackson, TN. Her dedication to her craft has solidified her reputation as a trusted mentor.

Dana's entrepreneurial acumen also shines through her ownership of Nouvelle Productions, a fashion show production company established in 2020. Under her guidance, Nouvelle Productions has orchestrated three highly successful New York Fashion Week shows.

Dana cherishes the moments spent with her family while continuing her mission of empowering individuals to pursue their dreams in modeling, singing, and acting.
